Sheer Hi Low Skirt x Knit Sweater

Maxi skirts STILL work in the winter with stockings/ high knee socks/boots to emerge from that sexy split and a knit sweater like the one above! Sheer maxi skirts, with its long flowing outer layer and an inner solid mini, are the must-have item in your closet. You can dress up the skirt causually or dress it up. I decided to pair the hi low skirt with a vintage knit sweater to give it a feminine look and added platforms. For the accessorices I wore different type of gold rings. I wanted the skirt to be the main fashion statement piece of my outfit. I got so many great compliments on my skirt today. Hope all of you guys are having a great last weekend of 2012 with your love ones.

Coral in the Winter

Today was a lovely beautiful day in South Florida! Living here you can get away wearing almost about anything in the winter. This morning when I woke up it was 55 degrees then the climate starting to warm up in the mid afternoon to 75 degrees. It was a perfect day to shoot for my blog while running errands with my cousins that are in town for the holidays.

Merry Christmas to everyone! Hope everyone had an amazing day with their family and love ones. I  had a great day with my Puerto Rican family and enjoyed my father's puerto rican tradition food he makes every year for Christmas. We had pasteles, lechón asado, arroz con gandules, yuca, and coquito. What did you get for Christmas? I got a Relic watch, diamond studs, charm bracelet and clothes. Santa was awesome to be this year and I did not ask for anything since I already have everything I need. Can't wait to celebrate Three King Day with my family on Janunary 6th. See you guys in my next post! XOXO

Happy Saturday! It's almost Christmas which I'm super excited about because my nephew can over for the weekend as a surprise! My biggest craving in my closet is currently my Spike Leather Jacket that you can purchase from my store Ivylisse Trends. It can go with anything and add a bad ass look to your outfit. I dediced to wear the jacket today since it was 48 degrees in Sunny Florida. I'm so thankful for the coldfront this weekend since it's been HOT all year long. I can finally pullout my pullovers, jumpers and jackets from the back of my closet. I decided to pair this spike leather jacket with this sweater skirt for a edgy look. I mixed different prints which I think came out good. What do you think?

Holiday Style

As the Holidays are approaching within a week. It gives you a reason to get dolled up and stand out in the crowd. Christmas is my favorite holiday and no, it's not because of the gifts! I love spending time with my family especially on the night God was born on to give us freedom which I truly appreciate everyday!

I fell in love with this vintage cotton sleeveless dress when I was shopping a few weeks ago with my twin sister. It's perfect for a family dinner/party! I know in fashion you are not suppose to wear white after labor day. White has actually become a trendy color for winter fashion. It's classy, snowy and chic. Remember, it's  not the color that matters, it's how the color looks on you that matters. To give the dress a holiday style add a pop of red to finish the look with gold accessories. You can never say NO to red lips!
